When will my order be confirmed?

Please note that due to various factors, it may appear that the product is available at the time of ordering, but upon processing, it is found to be out of stock. In such cases, the customer is given the option to wait until the product is available again, if possible, or a full refund is issued.

Which regions do you ship to, and what are the shipping rates?

At Tab3 3D, we collaborate with SMSA for shipping orders to all cities in Saudi Arabia.

To ensure proper service, please make sure to provide the correct and clear shipping address and mobile number for communication when completing your order.

Free shipping is available for all orders above SAR 450.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Orders are processed immediately after purchase confirmation and will be delivered within 2-4 business days* (excluding official holidays).

You will be notified via SMS once your order is shipped, with shipping details for tracking purposes.

*Please note that there may be some delays during promotional campaigns.

How can I track my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Please note that if you cancel the order before shipping or before the start of order processing, no fees will be charged. However, if you cancel the order after it has been shipped or after order processing has begun, cancellation fees may apply, which may vary from one order to another.
